Purpose : This study was performed to secure the supply of good bio-resources for providing to researchers who were studied the genome research.
Methods : The lymphocytes were isolated from blood and infected with Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV). After incubated for one month, immortalized B-cells were constructed. And genomic DNA was purified from constructed immortalized B-cells. Also, isolated lymphocytes from blood and whole blood were collected.
Results : We collected the bio-resources (immortalized B cells, genomic DNA, lymphocytes and blood). EBV transformation and isolation of genomic DNA were collected in 829 subjects. And lymphocytes and blood were collected 3,127 subjects and 1,147 subjects, respectively.
Conclusions : In this study, obtained bio-resources were supplied to researchers and will contribute to the development of the genome research
